I'm here to provide some information about connecting PayPal in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
As of the moment, the PayPal connection is available only in QBO US and UK. Since you're using the Global/International version, the system automatically disconnects the account and prompted you that message.
If you have PayPal transactions, consider downloading them from the bank's website then manually upload them to QBO to keep track of your financial records. Let me show you how:
- Log into your bank’s website and follow the steps to download your transactions using an acceptable file format.
- Set the date range and follow any on-screen instructions to finish the download.
- Reformat the file if necessary and save it on your desktop.
- Go to Banking from the left menu and select the Banking tab.
- Select Upload from file in the Link account dropdown.
- Click Browse and select the downloaded file.
After this process, the events will flow in the For Review tab. From there, you can start categorising and matching them in the system.
