What kind of error message did you encounter? You may share the screenshot.

Let's check to see why you can't update your payment details, taufankowaas.

 

I would follow on Fiat Lux - ASIA's question. Are you getting some kind of error or prompt?

 

I presume that you're using the accepted credit card types: Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, or American Express. You may want to check with your bank to know if your card is restricting payments to Intuit. 

 

You may also contact our Email team for assistance to avoid interruption on your QBO.

  1. Click on Help and choose Contact Us.
  2. Paste your question in the text box and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose Email.
