Hi there, Jessica. When a payment is properly linked to a bill in QuickBooks Online (QBO), the system recognizes and reflects all those payments against that bill.

Since only twenty-two payments are currently visible, let’s confirm the full list of linked bill payments by running the Bills and Applied Payments report.

  1. Navigate to Reports, then Standard reports.
  2. Enter the report name in the search field.
  3. Set the Report period and Customize it for a specific supplier if necessary.

On another note, what you’re seeing on screen could be due to how the transactions are displayed rather than missing data. QuickBooks could show a limited number of linked transactions at a time due to pagination.

As a quick check, you can adjust your browser zoom (Ctrl + - to zoom out or Ctrl + + to zoom in) or scroll within the transaction section to reveal any additional entries.
