Let's work together to fix the error in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Beforehand, I'd like to clarify if the error message shows up when employees are accepting the invite. Or when they are already accessing the QBO account.
If they're unable to accept the invite due to an error, I discovered an ongoing investigation that other users also have the same issue. Please know that this has been raised with our engineer for further investigation.
I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team to have them add you to the list of affected users and notify you once there's a potential solution.
