I can guide you in correcting the bill that was posted to an incorrect account.
Go to the Accounting menu.
Select the Chart of Accounts tab.
Locate the account where the transaction was recorded.
From the Actions column, click View Register.
Find the bill.
Change the posting account, and click Save and close.
Hit Yes to confirm.
