WHY i can't post bill entry?

In the meantime, let's use the incognito browser and we'll have to perform the basic troubleshooting. Let's start by opening the program using an incognito window. It's the best place to spot browser hiccups. Here are the shortcut keys:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you're able to post it, you can go back to the main browser, then clear the cache to refresh it.

Thanks for your feedback. Please be noted that I followed your instruction above but still doesn't work so please find the below attachment of that error messages.

Just your info, before this today just working as normal but after that the time that I contacted until now can't post any bills transactions. (those transactions is the same, from bill to another bills, nature, amount & other).

I can share another way to fix this.

When the maximum number of Cambodian Riel(KHR) money is reached, an error notice appears. Splitting the transaction into two lines will help solve this problem. Please take a look at the image below.

Thanks for your feedback but your way I been tried yesterday a few times in different means of doing but it doesn't work anyway. I tried to swift to another window but it doesn't work neither. As mentioned last time that, the nature of transactions are not different from one bill to another bills. So it has to be a concrete finding in order to to be found that issue for the solutions

I think isn't causing by its digits as the digital allowed is more than my figure so the real issue from its backend, i think so can you please double check.

At this time, you can initiate a connection with a live representative through your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks,
2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
5. Choose a way to connect with support.

To tell you the truth that isn't friendly like other for your support thru that as I tried many times but just posted my queries only that's why i can't talk with such live agent.

My first intended is just talk with live support that will much more faster and quicker for the solution however it's took me about two days time already and still not finding any solution. If we compare with another, this is not that good user experience. You should have done better than this.
