Why round off is not happening , even after the round off option is on?

Hi there, arunkumar-arzooo

I can share some troubleshooting steps that can fix this issue.

It's could be that the stored temporary internet files in the browser are QuickBooks from rounding off the transaction amount. To rule this out, you can access your QuickBooks account in a private or incognito window.

With this mode, your browser won't save any site data, cache, and cookies. You may use these shortcut keys to launch the window:

  • Press Ctrl Shift for Google Chrome
  • Hold Ctrl Shift for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
  • Press Command Shift for Safari

Once you're in, click the + New button and then create a dummy sales or expense transaction. If the final amount is now rounded to the nearest rupee, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache to improve the system performance. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers can to further isolate the issue.

I'm also adding these articles to help manage your business transactions in QuickBooks:
