Hi there, MohamedAbujreda.
I'm here to share some insights about adding different options for user roles in QuickBooks Online. If you choose the limited access rights for Suppliers only, you can't choose what permission you'd like to give. To learn more about what a user can and can't access, I suggest browsing this article: What Different Types of Users Can I Add to my Company?.
For more information about user types, you can check out this article: Learn About User Types in QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, I've added articles that'll help you manage users who can access your account:

Thank you for your prompt reply.
let me explain something!
I have assigned an employee for projects expenses who is responsible for inserting theses expenses in quickbooks online only.
So I gave him standard user limited only for vendors/suppliers, however; he can not assign which expense to which project or customer.
My question is, is there anyway to let him do so?
Yes, there is a way, MohamedAbujreda.
Glad to have you back here in the Community. Thanks for sharing more details about your concerns.
Assigning expenses to a project or customer is only accessible if you choose the limited access rights for Customers. For your employee to do so, you'll have to provide to him/her the said access.
Once done, ask the user to sign out and back into QuickBooks Online to see the updates.
For more information about managing your user in QuickBooks, I suggest checking this article: Add and Manage Users.
Additionally, to keep track of the changes made by your users, view the history in the audit log.

but now he/she has access to all sales information and can create, adjust and delete invoices and he/she should not has this privilege.
what I want is only has access to expenses with privilege to assign project to certain expense or bill!!
Hi there, @MohamedAbujreda.
Allow me to clarify about giving users access rights to manage project expenses.
For now, the only way a user can access Projects to create expenses is by limiting it to access Customers.
I know how beneficial it is to assign a user to create expenses in the Project feature and disabling it to create, update, and delete sales. I'm taking note of this one and see when our developer can add this feature in future updates.
Also, the articles shared by my colleague can benefit you in managing user access.
I'll add this page to see articles relevant to this thread like recording advance payment, handling credits, and refunds for a supplier: Manage Suppliers and Expenses.
I encourage you to post a comment anytime you need help in QuickBooks. We're here to help you in the Community. Have a great weekend!
Could you please note me when you are going to add the mentioned below feature to the Supplier user or should I use an integrated application such as Expensify to overcome this problem?
Thanks for coming back. I'll note you once this functionality will be available in future updates. And yes, you can use Expensify and check with them if the app integration may help achieve your goal.
Also, I encourage you to go to the Gear icon at the top right to personally send Feedback. Then select Next to submit your comments or suggestions. This way, your valuable feedback goes to our Product Development team to help improve your experience in QBO.
I'll be adding this Community page to see insightful articles that you can reference for other tasks like managing your account and banking: Help Articles.
