The Cash Flow Menu is a feature that projects the number of funds coming in and going out. This feature provides you with a glimpse into your past, present, and future finances. It assists you in creating a forecast of the money entering and leaving your company for the next one to three months. 

 

The chart examines your data and calculates your cash flow based on:

 

  • Unpaid invoices, bills, and other forms in QBO that are due in the future
  • Credit card statements and bill payments downloaded from accounts connected to online banking
  • Predictions and events made in the planner
