If you clicked the Buy button, your account is not in trial mode. You don't need to submit any credit card credential to open a trial account.

I understand the urgency of your account. Let me provide some information about QuickBooks Online.

The first month Quickbooks for trial the next you need to make a payment. Once the account reaches more than a month and it's still on a trial version. I suggest contacting our support. Since the Community is a public forum, I am unable to provide sensitive information for security purposes.
 

You can follow these steps while logged in to your QBO account:

  1. Go to Help from the top right.
  2. In the Assistant tab, enter talk to a human in the Type something field.
  3. When it asks your concern, provide a brief description to get your refund.
  4. Click I still need a human and then select Get help from a human.
  5. You'll opt to choose to Start a live chat or Get a callback.​​​

To call them at your available time, you can check the support hours in QBO.
