Adding a new company or an account in QuickBooks Online requires a separate billing and subscription. It has to have its own paid subscription and yes, you can access it with the same login credentials.
To do so, go to the QuickBooks Online Plans and Pricing page and choose which plan you like to subscribe to for the new account you'd create. Then, confirm your login credentials by clicking Yes, that’s correct. and you're now able to set up a new company.
