QuickBooks Online only offers 30 days free trial and extending it is unavailable at this time. You mentioned that it shows an error, can you provide us the exact code or message?


As an initial troubleshooting step, let's start by opening a private browser or incognito mode. When using any of these sessions, none of your information is saved or tracked along the way.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox).
  • Press Command + Shift + N (Safari).

From there, try subscribing to your account. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top and choose Account and Settings under Your Company.
  2. Tap the Billing & Subscription menu to display your QuickBooks version.
  3. From there, hit the Subscribe button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

If this works, clear the cache of your regular browser. This process helps applications run better on your computer.

Once your trial account is expiring, you only have 3 options

1. Pay the regular rate to continue your works

2. Open a new blank trial account

3. Purchase a new blank account with current discounted rate

Where is your company located? The error code 81624 usually occurs due to a failed payment authorization. The possible reason for this is an invalid address or the details entered didn't match with the financial institution. Make sure everything is correct.

I've checked and verified that we have reported issues with other users being unable to process the payment for the QuickBooks subscription. We've already submitted a ticket about this issue and our engineers are all hands on deck working together for an immediate fix to sort everything out.

 

While they do, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Support. This way our engineers can add your account information to the list of affected users and attach your case to the ongoing investigation. Any progress will be communicated via email.
