Can not reset the owner account password. After first verification, it asks for chose 2nd method without giving any options. Can not reset password.

Can not reset the owner account password. After first verification, it asks for chose 2nd method without giving any options. Can not reset password.

I can help reset your admin password, @userhasan-habib.

 

Below are the easy steps. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Online sign-in page.
  2. Select I forgot my user ID or Password.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions.

 

After that, you'll get an email with a password reset link. Just make sure to also check your spam or junk folders. Check all email addresses you might've used to sign up for your account.

If you're still unable to change the password, you can fill out an email change request. Once we process it, you can log in with the new password you create and your original user ID.
