Can we transfer data from a company to another company on Quickbooks?

Yes, you can transfer data between QuickBooks companies. The most straightforward approach is to use the Export data and Import data features in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To export a company's data, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Export data.
2. In the Reports tab, choose the date range and the report(s) you want to export.
3. Click Export to Excel.
4. Then, go to the Lists tab and select Customers, Employees, and Suppliers, then click Export to Excel.

Once you have exported the data, save them to your computer and import them into the other QBO company.

1. Click the Gear icon, then select Import data.
2. Select the data you want to import.
3. Hit the Browser button and select the file you export.
4. Click Next, then follow the onscreen instruction.
