Cancel my subscription

Thank you for posting here on the Community page, info-robotsmaken.

 

It's sad to see you go, but we respect your decision to cancel the subscription with us. Let me help you in doing so.

 

If you purchased your account directly from Intuit, you should be able to cancel from the Billing and Subscription tab.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open a web browser on your computer.
  2. Log in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  3. Proceed to the Settings ⚙ menu and then choose Account and settings.

  4. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  5. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription or Cancel online. 

  6. Follow the onscreen steps to complete the process.

 

If you signed up through a mobile app store, you’ll need to go to your app store to cancel. Please see this article for the detailed steps: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.

 

Also, QBO will hold on to your data for up to one year. I'd suggest saving all of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data by exporting the information. This way, they can be saved, stored, and transferred digitally if needed. You can also pick up where you left off if you decide to come back
