To start, you'll want to log in to your account through incognito. This way, you can check if it's a browser-related issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
From there, go back to the Advanced page to verify if it's already operating adequately. If that goes well, you'll need to clear the cache of your regular browser to clear out the previously stored browsing data. Using another supported browser is a great choice too.
