In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you have the option to set different levels of access for Standard users.
Here's what this user can be set:
- All access - they have the ability to do everything with customers and sales and suppliers and purchases.
- Limited to customers and sales.
- Limited to suppliers and purchases.
I'm adding this article to know more about their user access: User types and user permissions in QuickBooks Online.
Also, being able to widen the customization feature for the Standard user is one of our goals and we will be taking note of this specifically.
