I'd be glad to help you pay your suspension and get past this error so you can finalize the year 2020, xs-nabil.

There are some possible reasons why you encounter an error message when paying your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription. Among these are:

  • The card is over the limit or has expired.
  • Invalid account number.
  • It has been listed as a lost or stolen card.
  • Bank won’t authorize the card electronically.

To resolve this, as an initial step, ensure you enter the correct Credit or Debit card number on the Payment Information page and there are no special characters such as hyphens, commas, and periods on the Billing Address details.

If you're still getting the same result, I'd suggest using a different card to pay for your subscription. To help guide you in updating your payment method for your QuickBooks Online account, you can follow the steps in this article: Update the payment method or info for your QuickBooks Online subscription.

Additionally, you can refer to this write-up: QuickBooks Online year-end guide and checklist. This will provide you details on what things you need to prepare to complete finalize your year-end task.

Let me know how it goes by leaving a reply below. I want to make sure you're able to pay your subscription and you're back to running your normal business processing. I'll be right here if you need anything else. Have a good one!
