Every time you click on the Buy button, it will sign up for a new blank QBO account. Login to your trial account and navigate to the Billing & Subscription menu to pay it with the regular rate. Don't forget to cancel your second account.

Good day, Karim.

Each QBO account is assigned to a unique company ID when created. At the moment, we're unable to link two different subscriptions.

You'll need to cancel the new one. Then, go back to the original account and reactivate it. Here's how:

  1. Log in to the original or existing account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings. If the account is already suspended, you will be routed directly to this window.
  3. Look for the QBO subscription and click Resubscribe.
  4. Follow the succeeding steps on how to renew the subscription.

Once done, make sure to switch back to the new account and cancel it to avoid duplicate subscriptions. Follow the steps in this article on how to do it: Cancel Your QuickBooks Online Subscription or Trial.
