Hi there, @Avid-ramos-voov.

Thanks for posting your first concern in the Community. When you connect your bank account, ensure you have active online banking. Then, enter the same credentials as you connect it with QuickBooks.

Here's how to connect your bank:

  1. Open your QBO account, then click on Banking at the left pane.
  2. Go to the Banking page, then click on Connect account or Link account.
  3. In the search field, search for your bank, credit card, or credit union.
  4. Select Continue. Then sign in to your bank by entering your banking username and password.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps, including any additional security checks your bank might require. It may take a few minutes to connect.
  6. Select any accounts you want to connect like your savings, checking, or credit card. Then select the account type dropdown and choose the matching account type from your chart of accounts in QuickBooks.
  7. Select how far back you want to download transactions, then click Connect.
