Did you receive an error message when trying to connect your BSA account in QuickBooks? This way, we'll be able to provide an accurate solution to resolve the issue.
Since it is new and still under beta testing, our Developers are working to have these improvements rolled out as soon as possible.
To link your BCA account with QuickBooks, you can use the URL that you've shared. Let me guide you how:
- Go to the Banking menu and then select Banking.
- Select Connect Account if this is your first time connecting. Or select Add account or Link account if you've already created one.
- Search your bank or use the correct URL when you log in to your bank's website.
- Enter your bank's username and password.
- Select the type of account.
- Select how far back you want to download bank transactions.
- Click Connect.

In the meantime, you can use the Web Connect feature. This is a type of file you can download from your bank's website and then upload in QuickBooks Online. The other option is to use a CSV file format.
