Really, I did the annual subscription and was paid.. but it no longer works and I can't use my work on the system

I can help you log in to your account successfully, @asaadeltahir-001.

 

First, make sure that your computer and browser meet the recommended operating systems and internet speeds. To check the minimum systems, internet speeds, and browsers that are supported on both web and mobile devices, check out this article: System requirements for QuickBooks Online.

 

After making sure that you meet all those requirements, try clearing your browser's cache. Your regular browser's cache stores temporary internet files from your browsing history. However, as it collects too many files, this may cause performance issues in your account. 

 

Sign in to your account using a private browser. This helps isolate the issue since it doesn’t store data in the cache. Here are the following keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

 

If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Restart your browser right after. You can also try to get into the account using other supported browsers if the steps above didn’t work.
