Hello..I want my colleague to access quickbook account from another country , but he is not able login. Any restriction on login from different country ?

Did your friend receive the invitation email? Where is your friend's country?

Hi nisharosek-gmail,

 

Welcome to the Community! I'll share information about inviting a user to QuickBooks in addition to Fiat Lux - ASIA's question.

 

As long as your colleague's country is listed in the Choose your country article, you can invite him as a user. The only restriction is when he is in a country that forbids American companies from doing business.

 

 

Did your colleague mention if he received an error message? An invitation will expire in 48 hours, so if your colleague only noticed it after that period, you will need to resend the invitation. Or, better remove his pending invitation on your Manage Users page and re-invite him to start over.
