Hi How can i take print of expense voucher showing both debit and credit side on same voucher ?

Thanks for joining us here in the Community, @anjum-farooqi-fi.

Currently, the option to print expense voucher that shows credit and debit is unavailable in QuickBooks. However, you'll want to pull up the general ledger report to see them. Let me guide you with the step-by-step instructions.

  1. Go to Reports, then type "General Ledger" in the Find report by the name field.
  2. Hover towards the Gear icon beside the Export icon.
  3. Click on the Show More link.
  4. Mark boxes next to Debit and Credit. Then, click anywhere to refresh the report.

For more information, you can check this article on how to customise them: Create a report that shows Debits and Credits for each transaction. To learn more about how QuickBooks handles credits and debits, check out this article: How accounts are affected by debits and credits.

Also, you can read these articles for more information about printing a cheque or some troubleshooting steps for printing issues:

Be sure to let me know if you have any other concerns. I'll be around to help you out. Take good care, @anjum-farooqi-fi.
