Hi, i tried to "reconnect" my paypal account, but it doesn't works. I connect through quickbook , and then open a blank window, and nothing works. Any help ? (am on mac)

Hi there, @user97551.

 

I’ve checked with my tools and there's no investigation about this issue unable to connect with PayPal. However, I have an alternative option to connect your PayPal account that you may want to try. It involves connecting account like a bank feed and having the transactions come in through the bank feeds section. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Transactions tab and select Add Account in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Search for PayPal Smart Connect.
  3. Login to your account then hit Continue.
  4. Follow the onscreen steps and choose a date range for the transactions. Then, press Let's go!

 

Now all your transactions will be connected to your online account. 

 

If you get the same result, I recommend updating your bank feeds manually. This way, you’ll be able to connect your PayPal account. You can follow the steps below for the process:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu from the left navigation panel.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Choose the bank account you're having problems with under the Bank and Credit Cards section.
  4. Click the Update button.
