Where is your country?
We're excited you'll be part of our QuickBooks family, @zainab-enterpris.
I've got the steps to help you get rid of the error when accessing the ProAdvisor/Training page in your web app. This way, you'll learn more about the QuickBooks Online (QBO) course to get certified.
The error 404 means that the web page you're trying to reach couldn't be found on the server. Also, your country may not be supported to take the ProAdvisor training. That may be the reason the system won't let you open the said page.
First, let's go to the Accountants & Bookkeepers tab to check if we offer the training in your country. I'll guide you how.
The screenshot below shows you the last two steps.
However, if you've confirmed that your country is supported, let's start logging into your account through a private browser. It disables saving your most recent accessed data. Thus, it's a great way to check unexpected behavior caused by a full cache.
You can use the keyboard shortcuts below specific to the browser you're using:
From there, go back to the Training tab from the ProAdvisor menu. If it works, let's clear your regular browser's cache. It helps you remove the error and have a clean slate.
If private browsing doesn't work, you can use another supported browser. That way, you'll have the best and most secure experience with the program.
Once you've completed the training, you can click Take exam within the QuickBooks Online Certification section. View the screenshot below for your visual reference. With this, I'd suggest checking out this article: FAQs About ProAdvisor Certification. It contains the answers to the commonly asked questions about this program. This link is specific to the US region, but it also applies to your country.
You can download or print badges and certificates from the ProAdvisor menu if you've passed the exam. It helps you show off your expertise on your website. For more information, see this article: Access Your Certification History.
Also, I recommend visiting this website: ProAdvisor Certification Information. It provides you links about maintaining your certification, managing your CPE credits, and resolving certification issues.
I'm looking forward to the success of your ProAdvisor certification, @zainab-enterpris.
