Let me share some information about user type access in QuickBooks Online (QBO), belrica-ma.
The option to grayed out the Void or Delete button when setting up limited user access is unavailable. However, there are restrictions on what they can't do when choosing limited access for customers and vendors. Just refer to the screenshots provided below:
