Hi, is it possible to lock the void/delete button for limited users?

Let me share some information about user type access in QuickBooks Online (QBO), belrica-ma.

The option to grayed out the Void or Delete button when setting up limited user access is unavailable. However, there are restrictions on what they can't do when choosing limited access for customers and vendors. Just refer to the screenshots provided below:

For more details about user access type, check out this article: User types in QuickBooks Online.

To learn more about managing your users, refer to Add, delete, or change user access article.

I have a link here that provides you with articles about managing your business in QBO: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/help-articles/misc/03/help-articles-global?label=QuickBo....

Keep me posted if you need a hand with changing admin roles or any QBO related. I'll be here to help. Have a great day ahead.
