You need to subscribe to QB Online, not QB Desktop, right?
As I know, by default you'll see their monthly plan.
Hello there, Safia. If you are an existing account with a yearly subscription, you'll need to set up the yearly subscription first to access the account in QuickBooks. Once done, you will have the option to switch it to a monthly subscription under the Subscription and Billing settings.
Here's how:
Please note that when you switch your billing plan, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your yearly plan. Since you're switching your monthly billing, you'll need to wait 30 days before your next payment.
If you are a new user, the monthly option is available by default. Click the QuickBooks Homepage and select your country. From there, click See plans & pricing and select your plans. Once you've entered your account and billing details, click Subscribe to get started.
However, if you're unable to view this option, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Support team. This way, we'll be able to access your account and help change the billing cycle directly.
