How can I consolidate my 2 accounts into 1 log-in?

Hi there, uppi_acctg@unioi.

I suggest going to the Intuit Account page. From there, you can update one of the companies that you want to have the same User ID and Password with the other account to consolidate your two accounts into one log-in credential.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to the QuickBooks Online company that you want to change.
  2. Click the Gear icon and select Intuit Account under the Profile section.
  3. Choose the Sign In & Security tab. Then, select the User ID
  4. Enter the new user ID and password. Click Save.
  5. Then, fill in the other necessary fields.

Once done, you can now switch from one company to another easily. Please follow the steps below.

  1. Click the Gear at the upper right corner and tap Switch Company.
  2. A list of your company will appear and you can choose the company from there.

Please check the articles below on how you can add multiple companies to your QuickBooks Online account. Then, how to recover your user ID or password.

If you have any other questions or would like me to clarify anything else, let me know by leaving a comment below. I'm always glad to help in any way I can. Have a great rest of the day.
