I'm here to help share insights about the number formatting preferences in bulk in QuickBooks Online.
As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to reformat the number set up to show all 3-digit numbers after the decimal point. And I'm also unable to determine a timeframe as to when such a feature will be added to QuickBooks.

- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Profile, select Feedback.
- Describe how reformatting the number display to show all 3 digits after a decimal point helps your business in QuickBooks.
- Select Next.
- Click Skip and send message.
