How can i transfer my subscription for a blank company created by mistake while renewing subscribtion from a trial to my main QuickBooks account where my company data is?

I received an email that the payment was successful but noticed a new Company ID which I found odd. I also subscribed for the plan before the expiration of my trial via QuickBooks website. The new company created by mistake has not been used by I and my team and we cannot work with our main QuickBooks account as it keeps prompting us to subscribe. 

Please I need help asap as the frustration is getting out of hand and our subscription is running in that blank company created for nothing.

If you click the Buy button to get the discounted rate, you will open a new blank account. You have to pay your trial account with the regular rate to continue your work.

I want to make sure you're able to get the assistance you need for this account concern. While we don't handle account-related concerns here, we need to have you contact our Customer Service.

 

For this, you need to get the company ID of the correct and the incorrect account. Our representatives will ask for this number so they can identify which account needs to be retained. Please do not post or provide any account information to anyone or anywhere in the community or this thread. Also, do not make any purchases before contacting our support to avoid any accidental account creation.

 

To find your company ID, follow these steps in your QuickBooks Online account.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. Take note of the company ID.

 

Once you have all the information, follow these steps to get a live support to help you:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu in QuickBooks, then choose the Search tab.
  2. At the bottom click on Contact us.
  3. Enter the keyword Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. On the next screen, scroll down to How would you like to connect with us section.
  5. Choose your contact option to initiate a discussion with a live agent.
