When the admin is no longer with the company, you can request a primary admin change. This way, you can transfer the access rights or role to an existing user. 

 

To get started, you'll need to submit the required documents to verify that you have rightful ownership of the account. After that, you'll have to sign in to QBO and complete the form. For more details, please review this article: Request to be the primary admin or contact.

 

Once done, our compliance team will review the request. Be on the lookout for an email from no_response@intuit.com for its status.

 

After transferring the admin rights in QuickBooks, you can now manage users to grant access to your company. This way, they can help you perform certain tasks essential for your business.

Had Intuit declined your claim of Master Admin credential, you may have 2 options as a workaround as long as you are still able to login as Company Admin.

I submitted the required documents online and also received the acknowledgment on March 9th. So far, I haven't seen any further communication and am still not able to use the quickbooks as it is in suspended state as we couldn't update the subscription. Is there any way this can be resolved fast. I would like to know if there is any phone number of customer care where I can talk to a person and resolve ASAP.

I can see that you are in the process of requesting the change of admin rights for QuickBooks. Since you haven't received any updates yet, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team. This way, a representative can check your account securely and review the status of your request.

With QuickBooks, we have new contact guidelines wherein the phone numbers aren't displayed on any website or page. 

 

Since you can't access QuickBooks, you can use our test drive to get live support on the line. Here's the link: Test drive for QuickBooks Online.

 

Once done, you can follow these steps to connect with our support team:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account, then go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
  3. When asked by the bot, enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Select I still need a human.
  5. Proceed with Contact us.
  6. Click Let’s talk, then choose either Get a call or Start messaging

 

On the other hand, you can also use a trial account to contact support:

 

  1. Open this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
  2. Choose your country, then set up a trial account.
  3. Follow the steps above on how to connect with a live agent.
