Thank you for asking about deleting payment transactions in batches. I understand that it is more convenient, especially if you need to remove a lot of them. I will share information about the process.
Deleting multiple transactions, which include payments, is not an option in QuickBooks Online. This is to protect against accidental removal of multiple entries from your QBO company. Our option now is to open each of them, click More, select Delete.
On the other hand, if you need to remove payment entries that were added from the Banking page, all you need to do is undo them. There's a batch option for this process, which is explained in steps in this article: Unmatch downloaded bank transactions or move them to another account.
