If you’re referring to the credit card used for your subscription billing, you can’t cancel it directly. However, you can update your billing information or switch to a different payment method. Here’s how:
- Go to accounts.intuit.com.
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Payment methods from the menu.
- From there, you can add or edit your payment details.
On the other hand, if you want to stop accepting credit card payments from your customers, you can turn off this option in your settings by following these steps:
- Open the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
- Go to Sales, then find Invoice payments and hit the pencil icon.
- Uncheck Accept Credit Cards then Save.
