How to get refund of cancel subscription ?

As much as I'd love to address your concern about your refund, only our Customer Care Support can do so. They have the tools to pull up and look into your account securely and explain the components of how you can get a refund.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Type Talk to a human.
  3. Enter your issue or question on the What can we help you with box.
  4. Choose I still need a human.
  5. Select the Start messaging option.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. It's unfortunate that you already canceled the subscription, but I'm still continuing to help you out to ensure that you'll be routed to the right support to take care of your matter with urgency. Please know that I appreciate you allowing QuickBooks the opportunity to meet your business needs. 

 

In most cases, when you purchased an annual subscription for Quickbooks Online, and it’s within 60 days of the purchase date, you’re eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee. However, there are some exceptions, so check our return policy for details.

 

Additionally, after calculation for paid and trial subscriptions, you'll have read-only access to your data for a year. That said, you'll have to open your QuickBooks account and go to the Help icon. From there, I suggest contacting our support through messaging. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment which we're unable to do it here in the Community. This way, they'll be able to provide complete or further information about the refund process.
