Once locked out, you’ll receive the following message: You have tried to sign in more than 5 times. No worries, you can still continue to sign in by entering the CAPTCHA code below the message. This is a unique identifier used to prevent automated bots from accessing your account.
You’ll need to type the compressed or distorted characters and/or numbers. Then, on the sign-in page, enter the proper user ID and password.
Otherwise, if you're having trouble remembering your user ID or password, you can reset your password or recover your user ID by following these steps:
If you used your email address or user ID to verify your account, you'll get an email with a password reset link.
