You can export your data before closing one of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon at the top.
- Under TOOLS column, select Export data.
- Go to the Reports tab.
- Choose a Date period you'll want to save.
- Toggle (turn on) all the reports.
- Hit Export to Excel.
- Once done, a zip folder will download where the reports are stored.
- Tap OK.
To download your Lists, follow the same steps above.

Moreover, please know that after cancelling an account, it will be available in read-only access so, you're still able to open reports within a year from the date of cancellation. Just go to the Cancelled Companies to open it.
