In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can invite employees to perform specific tasks. The maximum number of billable and accountant users you can add depends on your subscription.
- Simple Start: 1 billable user + 1 accountant user
- Essential: 3 billable users + 1 accountant user
- Plus: 25 billable users + 1 accountant user

If you‘re having an issue with receiving the code, I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team. They have extra tools to help make sure it's sent to your phone number.
To reach them:
- In your company, go to the Help menu.
- In the Assistant tab, enter the topic or issue in the Type something field.
- Select Contact Support Team and then select Chat to connect with a live agent.
