I am not able to renew my subscription. I am from India. When I click on the Subscribe button, the page just reloads. There is no way to provide payment information.

Sometimes accumulated temporary internet files are the root cause of this unexpected behavior. You can try accessing your account via an incognito window and process the renewal from there. Please use these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

If you can successfully renew your subscription, I recommend clearing your main browser's cache to fix issues in the browser and make sure it is updated.

I have tried that. I removed special characters from address as suggested by chat support. Tried in new icognito window in both Firefox and Chrome. Still the same. Logged out multiple times as well. Just redirects back to the same page upon clicking Subscribe.

Since Community is a public space and weren't able to pull up your account for security reasons and since you're unable to make a payment. I recommend reaching out again to our Support Team. They have the tools to check your account securely and perform a screen-sharing session to pinpoint its root cause.

Here's how:

  1. Click Help in the upper right-hand corner of QBO.
  2. Tap Talk to a human, then type in Talk to a human.
  3. Select I still need a human.
  4. Press Contact Us.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us: Start a chat or Get a callback.
