I am subscribed to Quick Books Simple Start at 90% off until 17th October. Can I upgrade to Essentials with the same 90% off deal, or do I have to pay the full price now?

I'll give some details about the upgrade process while taking advantage of the current discount offer. 

The offer is specific to the Simple Start version. Upgrading will remove the 90% offer when you switch to the Essential versions. 

If you still want to take advantage of the discount, I'd recommend contacting our support. They'll discuss your options regarding the offer and help you with the upgrade process. Here's how to reach them: 

1. Click the Help menu.
2. In the QB Assistant chat box, type "Talk to a human."
3. Click the Contact Support Team link.
4. Click the Chat button.

The discounted rate is not applicable when upgrading/downgrading your plan. You should open a new blank QBO account and cancel the old one.
