I am unable to remove attachments. Please help.

I'm here to help share insights about removing your attachments, @ganesh-g-service.

 

Currently, we have an ongoing issue where customers, like you, are unable to or don't have the option to remove attachments in a transaction. Rest assured our engineering team has been informed and they're in all hands working to fix this as soon as possible.

 

In the meantime, it's best to remove the checkmark on the box next to the attachment so that it won't be included when sending your transaction. I have here a screenshot for your visual reference.

 

 

However, I'd still recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so you'll be added to the list of affected users. With your name on the list, you'll automatically receive all the updates available via email message. To do so:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Search.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter Unable to remove attachments in the What can we help you with? field.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Click Chat with us.

 

Finally, I'm adding this reference with the tips you can use while working with your attachments: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.
