Yes, you’re correct. The cash flow planner is inaccessible once the Multicurrency is turned on. Credit cards and manually entered transactions are also not included in the cash flow planner chart.

Will this feature be available anytime for multicurrency accounts? If this is not the case what is the best way to migrate to a non multicurrency account?

You can only add the transactions to a non-multicurrency account manually. The + New button above the Dashboard menu will show you the list of transactions you can create in the system. Here's how:
