We need to make sure that we selected the correct country code when adding a phone number. Simply click the Flag drop-down before adding the number.
The code may take a few minutes before you receive it. You can also click the I didn't receive the code link so that QuickBooks Online will send a new one.
If the same thing happens, let's do some basic troubleshooting steps. Let's start by using an incognito window and try to verify it. Also, you can clear the cache since it can also cause errors in QuickBooks Online.
If you have another browser available, you'll want to use it. I suggest Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. Just make sure they're updated.
