I had received an email about the new price effective in July. I am paying HK$130 as monthly subscription. The email stated new price is Sterling Pound 138. Not sure if this is an annual subscription or monthly.

Are you using QBO HK version? I checked they are still offering prices in HKD and no change to GBP has been announced yet.

I understand that every penny counts when running a business, @RYPLAU.

I've share some details about price increase in QuickBooks Online.

I agree with Fiat Lux - ASIA that the QuickBooks Online Hongkong is still offering prices in HKD. The Simple Start version's regular price is HK$138 per month as of the moment. Check out this link for more information: Price and Pricing.

I'd also suggest checking your QuickBooks Billing and Subscription to verify your membership. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the upper right side.
  2. Select the Account and Settings tab.
  3. Choose the Billing and subscription button.
  4. Review your exact billing rate and cycle.
