Hello there, @Denford.

 

The 81594 error code will appear if the system recognizes that the address on your company file is incorrect. Let's go to the Company menu and verify your company address from there. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Company tab.
  3. Select the pencil icon from the Address section to edit.
  4. Verify your Company address and update it if needed.
  5. Click Save, then Done.

Good day Mark Thanks a lot for the response, I have tried that but it appears like once the trial version expires eligibility to a discount also removed, not sure if I am right or if I am doing something wrong on the address?

Let me share some information so you'd be able to successfully subscribed to your account.

 

Depending on the current promotion and the level of service you avail, you'd want to make sure to click the Buy Now option so you'd be able to avail of the discounted monthly subscription. On the other hand, here are the possible reasons you’re unable to successfully subscribe to your account:

  • Credit Card number is incorrect.
  • Billing Address is invalid.
  • The card-issuing bank won’t authorise the card electronically.
  • The billing address in the system includes special characters and doesn't match with the one shown on your credit card statement.
  • The browser’s cache is full.

Let's ensure to enter the correct Credit or Debit card number on the Payment Information page. Let's first access your account as the Master Admin or Company Admin using a private browser or an incognito browser. This way, we can isolate this for possible browser-related. You can use any of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

Once logged in, make sure to enter the correct Credit or Debit card number on the Payment Information page. Also, enter the Billing Address details without special characters such as hyphens, commas, and periods. You’ll have to verify if the billing address in QuickBooks is the same as the one shown on your credit card statement. If you can subscribe without getting any error message, you can clear your browser's cache to remove the temporary files or use a different supported browser.

 

If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. A specialist can securely look up your trial account and assist you in subscribing to it. Also, you can ask them about your eligibility to avail of the discounted monthly subscription. Here's how to contact us:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. From the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose either Start a chat.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'll ensure you're able to take advantage of the discount for the QuickBooks Online subscription. 

 

When a trial version is expired, the regular pricing will show as soon as you're given the option to subscribe or reactivate (with no discount). To take advantage of the discount, you'll want to sign up for a new company file (using the same credentials) instead. 

 

Go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/global/. Next, scroll down to the plans and pricing section. Click the Buy now button for the plan of your choice.

If you have data from the expired QuickBooks Online company, you'll want to export and import it to the new one. Follow the instructions in this article to export your data: Export reports, lists, and more.

 

After exporting the lists, go back to your new company file and import the data. You can easily do this by clicking the Gear icon, then selecting Switch company. You'll be directed to the Company selection screen. 

 

To import your data, click the Gear icon again then choose Import data

If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 3 or 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.

Thank you so much, I went for this option but my challenge now is the folders that come up on export data and import data are different , so linking the two is now my new problem
