Any printer will work as long as it is connected to the computer that you use to access QuickBooks Online. Also, QuickBooks is web browser based so our program is dependent on the browser settings. That said, I suggest making sure that the printing setting in the browser is set up properly.
Additionally, I also recommend consulting an IT expert. They'll have the tools and provide you with detailed information on how to set up your Star printer to use in printing receipts.
