If you are able to view your active subscription on the screen, it indicates that you can still handle your expenses through the Dashboard section. In that case, we can attempt to access your account using a private browser. If this option proves successful, we can proceed to clear the cache from your regular browser.

Furthermore, the cache can hamper and affect the functionality of QuickBooks and result in missing tabs and features, thus, clearing the cache to reduce issues that occur when using QuickBooks.
