I'm Unable get my subscription.What should i do?

Are you getting an error? Please update this post and share more details of the issue you're having when subscribing to QuickBooks Online.

You can follow the link provided by Fiat Lux - ASIA if you need a new subscription.

If you need to renew your subscription, there's an option on the system from Your Account. Let me show you how:

1. Click the Gear icon at the top-right of your screen, then select Your Account under Your Company. 
2. Click Subscribe or Renew to the right of Subscription Status.
3. The subscription renewal page will open in a pop-up window. If you already have an activation code click on the "Already have an activation code?" button (1) and follow the screen instructions.
4. If you have a "Promotion Code" enter the promotion code in the text box and click Apply button (2)
5. If you want to purchase multiple activation codes/subscriptions click on the "Need to buy multiple companies?" button (3).
6. On the next page select the number of subscriptions you want to purchase from the drop-down and click on the "Subscribe Now" button.
7. Enter the Billing Address details and check the Terms, Conditions checkbox and click Continue/Make Payment. Please note if you are purchasing multiple companies, the activation codes will be sent to the email ID that you enter here. Make sure that you enter the correct email ID here.
8. Select the payment option from Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Cash Card and follow the screen instructions to make the payment.
9. Once payment is made, your company account will get renewed. And if you have bought multiple companies, the company through which you have made payment will get activated and the rest of the activation codes will be sent to the email ID entered in step 6.
   
   

If you're unable to make an online payment, run into issues with the activation code, or the file hasn't been activated despite the successful application of the activation code, you can contact the Live Support Team. They can help check this for you in a secure environment.
