Connecting your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to a new user is easy, @eugene-atelierte. Let me show you how.
You can add users to your QBO account and let them have access to your company file. Then, give each of them certain permissions to do specific tasks to help you with your bookkeeping.
To add users, here's how:
After that, your new user will get an email that has your business’s information. Have them accept the invitation by selecting the "Let’s go!" link. Then, they need to sign in or enter info to create a new account. You can check out this article to learn more about this process: Add and manage users in QuickBooks Online.
Also, you can give your accountant access to your QBO company file and accounting info. This lets them review your books, make corrections, and fix any tricky transactions. To invite them as a firm user, refer to this article for the step-by-step guide: Add an accountant to review your accounting in QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, there's a maximum number of billable and accountant users you can add depending on your plan. If you wish to know more about user limits in QBO, I encourage you to check out this article: How many users can I set up?.
I'm always here to help if you have other concerns about managing users in QBO. You can drop a comment below, and I'll gladly help. Take care.
