Thanks for coming to the Community for your concerns. Currently, the Payment service option is available only to the United States and Canada versions of QuickBooks Online.
Rest assured that I will make every effort to stay on top of your request and will work closely with our Development team to ensure the availability of this feature for our international users.
In the meantime, while our product developers are reviewing this feature, I suggest exploring third-party apps that can help facilitate online payment processing. You'll want to visit our App Center or in the Apps menu to find a third-party provider that can manage electronic payments for online invoices and in-person transactions.

You can use a 3rd party solution to accept payments and integrate it with QBO.
